Romney in a shaky mood

The day after Super Tuesday when all of the focus was on what the results indicated Mitt Romney came out with surprising statements about the other candidates.  He asked the other competitors to drop out of the race and concede that he was the inevitable winner.  If they dropped out, he would be able to move toward the convention without further damage to the Republican Party’s image.  These statements impressed media and people as being arrogant.  The competitors know that upcoming contests in the south are likely to be impossible for Romney to win and that Romney is still highly suspect to the Republican base.

It would seem that Romney is on shaky ground in terms of being able to claim the support of the full Republican part and of being able to deal with a series of losses in the southern states.  In the most recent posting on Rush Limbaugh, we saw that the Progressed Daily Angles charts were as good at showing the nature of how the subject was dealing with life as being able to show specific events.  Events are indicated by tight angular contacts to the planets.  Trends and general attitudes are shown by what the chart offers when very tight angular contacts are not available.

The daily MC is at 24 Libra, approaching t/Saturn:  Feeling isolated and unsure of his goals and image.  The inconjunct to n/Sun (and by closeness) to the t/Sun indicates his confidence is at a low point.  We play astrological hopscotch over to n/Saturn and find it in the natal 2nd house (money, resources), and find n/Saturn opposite n/Venus — this is the pattern that is source of his external “stiffness” and issue of public empathy.

When we shift our attention to the daily Ascendant at 29 Sag, we see the square to t/Moon; difficulties in being able to reach out to the public.  We also see this t/Moon opposite t/Neptune; the public is unclear about him.  These are interesting times that we live in.  Any comments?  Dave
